Booking
Your booking becomes valid once our team has checked and confirmed it; a confirmation e-mail and welcome card are then sent. Prices are per vehicle and fixed at the time of booking.
Meet & greet and waiting
Our driver tracks your flight. 60 minutes of free waiting time apply after landing; beyond that an extra waiting fee may apply. For hotel pick-ups the driver arrives at the address at the agreed time.
Cancellation
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the transfer. For later cancellations and no-shows the full transfer price may be charged.
Payment
There is no prepayment; payment is made in the vehicle in cash or by card. If bank transfer is selected, the details are sent by e-mail.
Liability
All our vehicles are licensed and fully insured. Passengers are responsible for the contents of their luggage; please inform the driver about fragile or valuable items.
